Refunds will only be granted in the following circumstances:

For items to be eligible for a return, they must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it (even if damaged). It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards

Gift cards purchased on thebondingjourney.in are non-refundable.\

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse for your refund email confirmation to send. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.

Please note that, depending on your original form of payment method, it can take up to 7 business days for your refunded amount to be credited to your account.
